Dozens arrested, including 8 lawmakers
Police arrested dozens of protesters including several legislators today outside the Perak state assembly where the government and opposition are tussling for control.
Hundreds of police and riot squad were deployed at the state assembly, which was blocked off with barricades to prevent black-clad protesters from reaching the building.
